No, our formulas have never had a single recall.
What is the difference between โchickenโ meal and โchicken by-productโ meal?
Chicken meal is a high quality concentrated protein source that contains muscle meat. By law it may not contain heads, feet or intestines. Chicken by-product meal contains a variety of chicken โpartsโ including heads, feet and intestines.
Why do you use garlic in certain formulas?
We add a trace of garlic to our canned dog food to increase palatability. While it is a member of the onion family, garlic does not contain a meaningful amount of disulfide and will not cause a dog to become ill.
